The Eagle IVs being procured as part of the Armored Command and Multipurpose Vehicles (Geschützte Führungs- und Funktionsfahrzeuge, or GFF) Programme Category 2 have already replaced many unprotected vehicles of the Bundeswehr to increase the safety of soldiers during missions abroad. Thanks to its easy transportability, agility and tactical mobility, the Eagle IV is an ideal vehicle for the entire spectrum of possible missions.
