Transportpanzer 1A8A9 Fuchs Joint Fire Support Coordination Team
The Transportpanzer 1A8A9 Fuchs Standard mit SEM 80/90, mit Zusatzpanzerung, IED-/Minenschutz, Raumkühlanlage, Schutzausstattung CG-12 und Einbausatz Joint Fire Support Coordination Team (JFSCT) Vehicle is fitted with all necessary communication equipment required by the JFSCT to perform its job. Originally the Bundeswehr fielded five vehicles of this variant. By the end of 2020, an additional eleven vehicles should be fielded. Furthermore, there is already a requirement for six extra vehicles to be fielded by 2022. The vehicle features the Command, Control, Communications and Intelligence System Führungs- und Informationssystem des Heeres (FüInfoSysH), the Command, Control and Weapon Deployment Data-Processing System for Joint Terminal Fire Support Artillerie-, Daten-, Lage- und Einsatz-Rechnerverbund (ADLER), a SEM 90/93/52 VHF Radio System, an INMARSAT BGAN Explorer 727 Satcom System, a HF Radio system HRM 7400, a Tetrapol Radio System and an Explosion Resistant GPS Receiver (ERGR).
